Service Truck 10x10

Our fully baffled service modules are fabricated from mild steel plate with a minimum thickness of 6 mm.

All welding is compliant with AS1554.1, and all module compartments are pressure tested to confirm weld integrity.

The module is mounted to the cab chassis using heavy duty mounts that restrain the module without negatively affecting the compliance of the cab chassis.

The module layout is designed to be compatible with a range of cab chassis to meet your specific requirements.

Tank levels and product volumes are gauged by level sensor, processed by PLC, and conveniently displayed via touch screen located in the truck’s cab. PLC controlled solenoid valves located at the tank fill point prevent overfilling of the oil, coolant and waste oil tanks.

A Hydrau-Flo fast filling fuel system prevents the diesel tank being overfilled and a Modulube V96 prevents overfilling of the grease tank.
