As the 2025 Outback Air Race approaches, Team 20 “Top Gun III” is once again preparing to fly for a cause that resonates across Australia: supporting the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS). Equipment Placement is proud to continue backing Team 20, reinforcing our commitment to community and the vital work of the RFDS.

During the previous Outback Air Race, Team 20 raised an outstanding $51,000, making us one of the top three fundraising teams. This achievement was only possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters and the shared belief in the importance of accessible healthcare for all Australians.

This year, we are setting our sights even higher. While matching or surpassing our previous total of $51,000 would be a remarkable result, we have set a significant benchmark of $250,000 as a minimum target. Every contribution, large or small, brings us closer to ensuring the RFDS can continue its life-saving work. The Outback Air Race as a whole is aiming to raise $750,000 in 2025, continuing a tradition that has delivered over $4 million to the RFDS since 1996

The RFDS provides critical medical services to more than a third of Australians living in remote and rural areas. Every pound raised helps keep RFDS aircraft equipped and operational, ensuring doctors, nurses, and pilots can deliver urgent care wherever and whenever it is needed most.
