Equipment Placement is also committed, to ensuring all personnel within and under control of the organisation will always follow best-practice risk management techniques, including ensuring all employees, at all levels, participate in workplace inspections, and by ensuring that all personnel including external providers have the training, skills, knowledge, competence and where applicable, license(s) required for the duties performed. All personnel will be recognisable by the diligence and attention to detail, and their commitment to ensuring that they will eliminate or control risks to a level which is tolerable and as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).

Equipment Placement will achieve this by:

• Ensuring that the organisation maintains all places of work under its control in a safe condition and provides and maintains safe access to each workplace.
• Ensuring that the processes developed for undertaking any workplace activities meet all applicable legislative, regulatory and other applicable requirements.
• At all times, engaging in consultative processes with employees, external providers, suppliers, customers and governmental authorities, and encouraging worker participation.
• Ensuring that there are effective arrangements and practices in place and for ensuring the safe use, handling, storage and transport of all equipment and hazardous substances.
• Ensuring the provision and maintenance of equipment and providing safe systems of work that are, so far as is reasonably practicable, without risk to the health and safety of all personnel, stakeholders or interested parties.
• Ensuring the provision of all instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure the health and safety of all personnel.
• Identifying and implementing continual improvement opportunities within the HSEQ Management System. •
• Providing effective injury management and rehabilitation for all employees.
